As a Licensed Purpose Factor® Facilitator, Nancy serves as a guide to navigate the purpose-discovery process, leading midlife women to greater fulfillment in their work and personal lives.

Nancy has been married for 39 years to Jimmy Z. They live in Blaine, Minnesota, and are parents to 4 sons, 3 daughters-in-law, and 3 grandsons.
Nancy holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and Spanish.
