Q) Why haven't I received my purchase?

A) The cause of this can be attributed to the following-

1) You have not entered your email correctly.

2) You have not checked your junk files in your email.

3) It is an issue with your bank processing your payment. This can take up to a few days to a week (Not including weekends and holidays) to resolve. There is nothing I can do, and it is an issue with your bank.

If it isn't resolved in a week and you have proof of purchase, contact me via email.
