With our weekly Zoom meetings, members work through related questions, exercises and conversations individually and collectively.
The emphasis is not simply learning.

For New Members
As the Collective grows, new members may begin in a smaller New Member Kickstart working group so they can work through the foundation themes.
This allows new members to find their feet without asking existing members to repeat the same ground.
Introducing Neil Sayer
The Get Ahead Collective was founded by Neil Sayer, drawing on more than forty years helping business owners build stronger, more sustainable businesses.
Over those years, Neil saw the same pattern repeatedly: talented practitioners with extraordinary gifts often struggled to build sustainable livelihoods—not because they lacked passion, but because they had never been shown the practical business skills needed to thrive.
The Collective was created to change that.
Today, Neil combines decades of business leadership with a deep interest in purpose, community and conscious living to help members turn ideas into meaningful progress.
He facilitates the weekly implementation sessions, shares practical business experience and provides additional one-to-one advisory support for members who want to go deeper.
As the Collective grows, experienced members will also step into mentoring and facilitating conversations, allowing the community to grow through its own shared wisdom.

The Get Ahead Collective and Mu Movement Trust are distinct communities with different purposes.
The Collective focuses on sustainable business, accountability and practical implementation.
Mu offers pathways of spirituality, healing and remembrance.
Some people naturally resonate with both.
