About Me
I am an Occupational Therapist who has worked with people to help them manage their day to day life balance. One of the areas i help them with is when they are having difficulty sleeping, After doing a lot of research it became clear that one of the common areas that disturb sleep, is when you drink too much caffeine fuelled drinks such as coffee, tea or energy drinks.
This led me to create the 14 day caffeine reset plan, I have made it easy to print out and follow.
