I’m not a fitness guru or a professional bodybuilder—I’m just a regular guy who spent years figuring out how to get in shape. I’ve been overweight, underweight, and everything in between, but for the longest time, I couldn’t crack the code to get big and ripped. That finally changed when I discovered what actually works.


This ebook is the result of my journey: the workouts I did, the food I ate, and the lessons I learned along the way.
