About Me
Gianina Caballero is an independent adviser and researcher specialising in governance, strategy, and complex organisational decision-making. She works with private and public-sector organisations helping leaders navigate uncertainty, understand what their systems are actually producing, and make better decisions from there.
Her analytical work has informed parliamentary evidence submissions and independent policy research in the UK. She holds an MSc in Major Programme Management from Oxford.
Each case analysis she publishes applies a proprietary analytical framework to real organisational situations, examining not just what happened, but why the system produced it, and what real options existed at each decision point.
Understanding why. Deciding what's next.
