We’ve been together since 1985 and have always loved camping in the great outdoors. With our 3 sons, and in our early humble years, we’d pack our 4WD Pajero with a waterproof rooftop cargo bag bursting at the seams, and with every nook and cranny wedged with camping gear.  Steve even created a metal crate that he got powder coated to store our boys beach gear and Tonka trucks in, in hindsight we should have patented that idea.

Nowadays, it’s just the two of us travelling as our boys have grown up and moved on.  Thankfully, and gratefully, we now camp in the luxury of a 14.6 foot offroad pop top caravan named Mildred.  We are both obsessed with going on road trips and exploring beautiful Australia, and with every opportunity we head to the open road to discover new destinations.  

One of the joys for us with our adventures is trying out new recipe ideas and camp cooking, and what you’ll find in my digital download is just the start of some of our favourites. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do, and thank you for your support.
