Most items are produced and shipped from professional print studios in the United States and the United Kingdom, depending on your location. This allows for faster delivery and high-quality printing while keeping international shipping simple.

Yes. We currently ship within the United States and to all other countries served by our printers.

The Payhip platform automatically calculates and remits EU VAT and other regional sales taxes where required by law. Physical goods are priced before tax, so any applicable VAT, GST or regional tax will be added at checkout based on your country of residence.

All items in the shop are printed to order specifically for you. Because these are custom-made products, they can’t be returned or exchanged once they’ve gone into production or been shipped.
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me and I’ll take care of it right away.

Don’t worry, these things happen.
If the wrong model was selected at checkout (e.g., iPhone 17 instead of 17 Pro), I’m happy to offer a reduced-rate replacement. This small fee helps cover part of the production cost for the reprint.
Replacement fee for phone cases: usually $10 + shipping
No need to return the original case.
Before ordering the replacement, I’ll ask you to confirm the exact phone model so we get the perfect fit.
I'll then send a quick PayPal invoice or a secure payment link. As soon as payment is received, I place the special order.

If your phone model isn’t listed, please email me. The printer’s range is limited to certain iPhone and Samsung models, but I’m always happy to check availability for you.

If I’ve made a mistake in fulfilling your order (wrong model, wrong design, etc.), I will send a full replacement at no cost, no return required.

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or misprinted, please email a photo within 7 days. I’ll arrange a free replacement through the printer.
