To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at gleambeads@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. We will respond with return instructions and the address where you should send the item.

3. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

**Refund Process:**

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

**Shipping Costs:**

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will pay for the return shipping.

**Exchanges**

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please get in touch with us.

**Cancellations**

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Please get in touch with us immediately if you need to cancel your order.

What is considered normal wear and tear?

- 🌈Fading: Some beads may lose colour over time due to exposure to sweat, lotions, or sunlight.

- 🧵Stretching: Our durable elastic cord may stretch over time with frequent wear.

- ✨Minor Scratches: Beads, especially those made from harder materials, may develop small scratches from daily wear.

What is covered under this policy?

🔄 If your bracelet experiences normal wear and tear within 6 months/1 year, we offer a **one-time free restringing** service or bead replacement for a minimal fee (depending on material availability).

What is not covered?

- 💧Water damage: Avoid exposing your bracelet to water (swimming, showering, etc.).

- 🚫 Loss of beads or bracelet: Unfortunately, lost items cannot be replaced.

- ❌ Improper storage damage: Be mindful of extreme temperatures or tangling with other jewellery

- 🚿 Avoid water exposure: Remove before swimming or showering.

- 🎒 Store properly: Use a jewellery box or pouch away from direct sunlight.

- 🤲 Handle with care: Avoid excessive pulling or stretching.
