1. Digital Delivery & Access

All products sold on our platform are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, the buyer receives immediate access to download the digital files.

2. No-Refund & Final Sale Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods, all sales of digital downloads are final. Once the content is downloaded, accessed, or delivered to the customer's account/email, it cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Intellectual Property & Personal Use License

Purchasing a digital product grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or specified commercial use only. The buyer may not redistribute, resell, share, alter, or sub-license the digital files to any third party.

4. Unauthorized Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing the purchase, the buyer agrees that they are purchasing a digital item and waive the right to dispute the charge based on "item not received" if valid download logs, delivery emails, or system tracking confirm that the files were successfully generated

or accessed.
