Hello. I'm Grace and I love fiber crafts!

I started knitting in 2004, crocheting in 2008, and hand dyeing yarn in 2015. From the beginning it has been an amazing adventure of learning and growing in my craft. In 2010 I started teaching beginners to knit and crochet, and every lesson I teach reminds me why I love what I do.

Designing is not how I make my living, but sometimes I can't find quite what I'm looking for so I make it up! I figure if I'm going through all this effort to make it the first time (notes, math, etc.) then I should put it out into the world. Who knows, someone else might have been looking for the very same thing.

As my teaching tends to focus on beginner through advanced beginner, I tend to write with those students in mind. My ideal patterns are easy enough to memorize, but with just enough something to keep you focused. (I lose fewer stitches if I have to focus just a bit.)
