Paul grew up in a big family in Tampa, Florida where he enjoyed sports and recreation on the Bay. His studies consist of ministerial and theological education and he earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree. In 1992 after having worked in churches for over 10 years Paul was asked to become the new Director of The Fellowship of Christian Airline Personal (FCAP.org), an international ministry made up of individuals and groups of people in over 40 areas of world. For over three decades Paul visited and worked with people both individually and in group settings within the work cultures of North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the South Pacific (Paul's Travels). Based on his many years of experience with employees and leaders, and his core beliefs as a Christian, he communicates how the Christian faith gives work its highest purpose in the most practical ways. He now serves as Founding Director of GodinWork (GodinWork.com), a movement of people who seek to equip and encourage people with God’s design for their work life. Paul and his wife Claudette serve together as a team and live in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
