Tameka Goods

Tameka Goods was born and raised in North Carolina. She always knew she wanted to be a teacher since she was a little girl.  After graduating from high school, she pursued her bachelors in Elementary Education. After graduating college, she worked in early childhood for a few years before taking a teaching position. She received her master's in 2007 and pursued other educational opportunities. Tameka and her husband have 5 children.  Their twin girls passed away in 2013 and in 2014, S&K Preemie Love Foundation was launched in honor and memory of their precious babies. Tameka is the founder and executive director. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family, friends, making others laugh and journaling.  Journaling has helped her get through some tough times.  She writes in hopes to inspire others.
