General Terms ( Applies to all products)

1. Credits: All products used must be properly credited and hyperlinked to Gothmommyrinny. 

2. All sales are final: Since digital products cannot be returned, I do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been accessed or downloaded. Please ensure you review the product details carefully before making your purchase.

3. Checkout Questions: you must fill out the required checkout questions correctly or access will be revoked from purchased files.

4: Price splitting /leaking /sharing /trading/ reselling any of Gothmommyrinny products is strictly not allowed.

5: If you are banned from Gothmommyrinny's server or blacklisted you may not use any of Gothmommyrinny's products

6: NO AI USE!!!! Products cannot be employed in AI training, datasets, generators, or any AI-aided reproduction or alteration

7. All products are intended for Vrchat use ONLY.

8. Commission Terms: both parties involved in a commission agreement must own the product before the commission begins.

Asset Terms

1: All assets are allowed on completed commercial, free, Nitro, public models with credit.

2: Editing asset meshes is allowed as long as proper credited is still given. Even after signification modifications you must still credit Gothmommyrinny.

Avatar Terms

1. All avatar purchases and usage are strictly 18+ only.

2. Editing Avatar: Personal and Private only heavy editing is allowed (no specific limits), but keep the body and head together (no headswaps).

3. Social Media & Online Activities: Using my models for online activities (Youtube, Twitch, Tiktok, etc...) is allowed but please visibly credit my work.

4. VTUBING : If you want to convert my models for vtubing, you MUST ask me before. Rights Fees will be requested.

5. You MUST NOT reuse any of the assets from my avatars, and MUST buy them from their creators listed in the credits.

6. Upload Assistance: I expect you to have basic unity knowledge, I will not give direct assistance but instead foward you to existing tutorials. If you are unable to upload you may create a ticket in discord.gg/rinnycattree and request a upload they are not free.

7. Public Posting: Do not make any of Gothmommyrinny's models public under any circumstances.
