General Terms ( Applies to all products)

1. Credits

All Gothmommyrinny products must be properly credited. Credits must include a direct hyperlink to the original Gothmommyrinny product or store page whenever possible.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be provided once a product has been purchased, accessed, or downloaded. Please review all product information carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Checkout Information

All required checkout questions must be completed accurately. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the revoked of access to purchased products without notice.

4. Redistribution & Resale

Price splitting /leaking /sharing /trading/ reselling any of Gothmommyrinny products is strictly not allowed.

5. Banned or Blacklisted

If you are banned from Gothmommyrinny's server or blacklisted you may not use any of Gothmommyrinny's products

6. AI Usage Prohibited

Gothmommyrinny products may not be used for artificial intelligence purposes of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, AI training, datasets, machine learning, image or model generators, or any AI-assisted reproduction, modification, or derivative works.

7. Intended Use

All products are licensed for use in VRChat only.

8. Commission Requirements

For avatar commissions involving Gothmommyrinny products, both the commissioner and the creator must each own a legitimate copy of every product being used before work begins.

Asset Terms

1. Commercial & Public Use

Assets may be used on completed commercial, free, Nitro, and public avatars, provided proper credit is given to Gothmommyrinny unless otherwise stated.

2. Asset Editing

Asset meshes may be edited or modified. Regardless of the extent of the modifications, proper credit to Gothmommyrinny is always required.

Avatar Terms

1. Age Requirement

All avatar purchases and use are strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Avatar Editing

Personal and private edits are permitted without specific limitations. However, the original body and head must remain together. Head swaps are not permitted.

3. Content Creation

You may use Gothmommyrinny avatars for content creation, including but not limited to YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Proper credit to Gothmommyrinny is required.

4. VTubing

Using Gothmommyrinny avatars for VTubing requires prior permission. A commercial usage or licensing fee may apply.

5. Asset Reuse

Assets included with Gothmommyrinny avatars may not be reused separately. If you wish to use any included asset outside of the purchased avatar, you must purchase it directly from its original creator as listed in the avatar credits.

6. Upload Assistance

Buyers are expected to have a basic understanding of Unity and VRChat avatar uploads. Direct upload support is not provided; instead, users will be referred to existing tutorials. If you require an avatar upload service, you may open a ticket in the Gothmommyrinny Discord server. Uploads are available for a fee of $5 USD.

7. Public Uploads

Under no circumstances may any Gothmommyrinny avatar be uploaded as a public avatar in VRChat.
