Dr. L. Fredricks is an educator, college instructor, and community advocate with more than 20 years of experience supporting students and families. Her work spans pre-K through college, including serving as a school principal and helping families navigate college preparation, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities. Through Beyond the GPA, she brings practical guidance and a parent’s perspective to help students recognize their strengths, explore their options, and take confident steps toward their future.
