Refund Policy

Our products are digital downloads, delivered instantly after payment. Because files can't be returned once downloaded, all sales are final, except in the cases below.

We will fix or refund your purchase if:

• the file is damaged, won't open or is missing pages, and we can't fix it within 3 business days of your message;
• the product is materially different from its listing description;
• you were charged twice for the same product (the duplicate charge is refunded);
• you bought the wrong product and have not downloaded it (contact us within 14 days and we'll swap it or refund it).

How to ask: email hello@gracepathventures.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days. Our first step is always to help: fix the file, send the right version or help you set it up.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through the platform you bought from. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, or the buyer-protection rules of the platform where you made your purchase.

EU and UK buyers: Where required by applicable consumer law, the checkout's digital-content consent process should be used so the buyer expressly requests immediate access and acknowledges any resulting loss of the statutory cancellation right. If the required consent is not obtained, applicable cancellation rights remain in effect. Platform rules and mandatory consumer protections still apply.

Exchanges

Picked the wrong product? We're happy to swap it.

• Not downloaded yet: exchange for any product within 14 days. If the new product costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference.
• Already downloaded: one exchange per order, within 14 days, for a product of equal or lower price. Tell us briefly why it didn't fit your needs.
• Language swap: if a product is available in English, Spanish or French, we'll send you another language version free of charge, any time.
• Upgrade to a bundle: within 30 days, the full price you paid counts toward any bundle that includes your product. You just pay the difference.

License Summary

Every purchase includes our Standard License. It is the same license printed in each product's Start Here guide.

• You may use, edit, print and fill in the files for your own business, your own clients or your own household, as many times as you like.
• If you run more than one business or location, one purchase covers all locations you own.
• You may not resell, share, give away or upload the files (edited or unedited) for others to download, or claim the design as your own. Please do not remove GracePath copyright notices or use the files to train AI models.
• Files are provided as-is. Check every figure and form against your own situation before relying on it.

Our products are organizational templates, not legal, medical, financial, tax or religious advice. Our liability is limited to the price you paid. The license terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without limiting consumer rights in your own country.
