About Me
I'm Sabrina.
I write the guides I needed and couldn't find — honest, practical, and written from inside the thing rather than from the far side of it.
I spent 16 years in tech, including eight and a half at a FAANG company, before chronic illness rewrote what a working day could look like. I live with hEDS, inflammatory arthritis, and an ADHD brain, in the Seattle area.
Gracefully Glitching is about building something while grieving, chronically ill, or neurodivergent. Informed & Unafraid: A Patient's Guide to Surgery is next.
Everything here is made the way I actually work: in windows, at whatever capacity the day allows.
