About Me

In 2020 I set up my charity consultancy, building on earlier years running a successful marketing and strategy practice for charities and small organisations. After four years working client‑side, I wanted to bring that experience back into the sector — helping charities adapt, strengthen and thrive in a post‑COVID landscape.

Today, being “fit” as a charity means more than securing income. Operational effectiveness, governance, stakeholder engagement and sustainability all matter as funding becomes tighter and expectations rise. Change is unavoidable, but making it purposeful, realistic and right for your organisation is essential.

I bring extensive board‑level and management experience across national, local and NHS‑partnered charities. My work spans strategic planning, governance, marketing and communications, sustainability planning, operational change and — increasingly — grant writing and income development. Alongside my consultancy, I currently lead a mental health charity and support another NHS‑partnered charity, giving me up‑to‑date, hands‑on insight into the pressures charities face every day.

Where specialist expertise is needed, I collaborate with trusted associates I’ve worked with over many years to deliver high‑quality, practical outcomes.

If you’d like to talk through a challenge or explore how I can support your organisation or a project, I’m always happy to chat. Cazpa is here to help you strengthen your charity’s future.
