Gregory Saint-Dick is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. His passion for empowering students of historically marginalized identities has fueled his career as a student development professional for over a decade at four institutions, mentoring/advising over 300 students. In addition to his professional credentials, his lived experience as a first-generation, low-income student of color who attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, one of the largest predominantly White institutions in the state provides a level of knowledge that current and potential students could benefit from.
