Grey Muzzle Printables ("we," "us") runs a small blog and sells digital printables. This policy explains what information may be collected when you visit this site or buy from our shop, and how it is used. It is written for a small independent site — not a large corporate privacy statement.

If you leave our site for another company's website (for example Chewy, an insurer's quote page, or Payhip's checkout), that company's own privacy policy applies.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Shop purchases: When you buy a printable, Payhip (our storefront) collects the information needed to process the order — typically your email address, payment details, and billing information. We do not store your full card number on our own servers. Payhip handles payment processing.
- Messages: If you contact us through the shop or email, we receive whatever you send (name, email, message content) so we can reply.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site (and tools we use) may collect:
- Analytics data — for example pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type, and referral source, if we enable a standard analytics tool
- Cookies and similar technologies — to remember preferences, measure traffic, or support affiliate tracking when you click partner links
- Affiliate cookies — when you click an affiliate link (for example to Chewy or a pet insurance quote), the partner's network may set a cookie so a commission can be attributed if you later buy or request a quote within their cookie window
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

Payments
All product payments are processed by Payhip. Their privacy policy and terms govern checkout, receipts, and download delivery. We receive order details needed to support customers (for example email and what was purchased), not full payment card data.

Some posts include affiliate links. Partners and networks (such as Impact, Ascend/Pepperjam, and insurance partner programs) may receive information when you click those links — typically that a click came from our site and, if you convert, that a purchase or quote request occurred. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect site features or prevent affiliate attribution; it will not stop you from reading the articles themselves.

- Access / correction / deletion: Contact us through the Payhip shop if you want to know what contact information we hold from messages or orders we can see, or to request deletion where we control that data. For Payhip account or payment data, you may also need to contact Payhip directly.
- Marketing email: If we ever send a newsletter, every message will include an unsubscribe option. Buying a printable does not automatically enroll you in a marketing list unless you opt in.
- Do Not Track: There is no single industry standard for DNT signals; our practices are described in this policy.
Data retention
We keep order and support records as long as needed for customer service, tax, and legal reasons. Analytics data may be retained according to the analytics provider's settings. Affiliate networks retain conversion data under their own rules.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information we control. No website or transmission is 100% secure. Payhip and payment processors use their own security measures for checkout.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
