Sergio is the founder and editor of Groov-illa (groovilla.com), a bilingual Italian/English magazine covering vinyl, hi-fi, and the shops, labels, and listening rooms in between. THE GRAIL HUNT: EUROPE grew directly out of that work — years of tracking down record shops across the continent, cross-referencing pressing details, and asking shop owners the questions most guidebooks don't bother with.

By day, Sergio works in enterprise software, managing partnerships across the Italian and Iberian markets — a career built, like this book, on knowing which local contact actually has the answer. He researches and writes in Italian, English, and Spanish, and lives in Northern Italy.
