Gen Z entrepreneur Nicole Hoeata is passionate about supporting her generation (ages 13-27) in the workplace through CV + cover letter writing and interview preparation, currently working in 10+ schools nationwide. On the flip side, she strives to help bridge the generational gap in the workplace by assisting managers attract, engage and retain Gen Z; aiming to help the older generations understand the younger generation better, therefore increasing productivity.
