DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold by G’s Resource Studio are digital products. No physical item will be shipped. After completing checkout, customers will receive access to download the purchased files.

USAGE LICENCE

Unless otherwise stated, products are provided for personal use or use by one teacher, parent, caregiver or professional.

You may print copies for your own household, classroom or individual professional use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, copy or commercially reproduce the files, whether digitally or in print.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the downloadable nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged file, experience a technical problem, or are charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact G’s Resource Studio. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

FREE PRODUCTS

Free resources are subject to the same usage restrictions as paid resources. They may not be resold, redistributed or uploaded to another website or platform.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to describe every product accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen, device, printer, paper and print settings used.

Children’s learning resources are intended to support learning and engagement. They are not a replacement for professional educational, developmental, psychological or medical assessment or advice. Children should use age-appropriate resources under suitable adult supervision.

PRIVACY

Information submitted during checkout or through the contact form is used to process orders, deliver products, provide customer support and maintain necessary business records.

Payments are handled by Payhip and the connected payment provider. G’s Resource Studio does not directly receive or store customers’ complete card or banking details.

We do not sell customers’ personal information. Information may be processed by the platforms and service providers required to operate the store and fulfil orders, subject to their respective privacy policies.
