Hi, I’m Kristina Sifuentes, APRN, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner and the founder of Guided Veteran Services, operated by Guided Path Solutions LLC.

Through my clinical background and experience conducting Compensation & Pension examinations, I have seen how quickly medical records, evidence, appointments, deadlines, and exam notes can become overwhelming. I created these digital resources to give Veterans a clearer, more organized way to gather important information and prepare for important conversations.

Every resource is designed with practical organization, easy-to-follow prompts, and respect for each Veteran’s unique story. My goal is not to tell you what to claim or promise a particular outcome. My goal is to help you feel more prepared, organized, and confident when managing your own information.
