I’m Anna-Marie, the creator of Gut Shift and a long-time Crohn’s girl who got tired of feeling like my body was running my life.

After years of medications, flares, and being told to “wait and see,” I started quietly experimenting with a more functional, root-cause approach. Over time I pieced together a way of eating, supplementing, and supporting my nervous system that finally made my gut feel safer and more stable.

Gut Shift exists so you don’t have to figure all of that out from scratch. My guides are practical, honest, and based on what I actually used to calm flares, support repair, and feel human again.

Nothing here is a cure or a replacement for your doctor. It’s real-world support from someone who’s been where you are and needed more than a generic pamphlet and a pat on the head.
