Hi, I’m Harry Douglas, a dedicated football coach and founder of my coaching business.

I’m a proud product of the Doncaster Rovers and York City academies, where I spent a combined 10 years developing my game. During that time, I was coached by UEFA A licensed coaches and regularly tested myself against Premier League academy opposition. Those years taught me the discipline, mentality, and attention to detail required to succeed in the game.

After transitioning from playing, I earned my UEFA C Licence and have spent the last 3 years coaching grassroots and academy players. My passion lies in player development — helping individuals unlock their potential and transform their game.

Whether you’re just starting out or already playing at a good level, I’m here to take you from 0 to 100. I focus on building strong technical foundations, tactical understanding, and — most importantly — consistent 1% daily habits that create long-term improvement.

I believe real progress comes from intelligent, purposeful training combined with the right mindset. My sessions are designed to challenge you, build confidence, and develop the kind of player who stands out on the pitch.
