Photography Service Agreement & Policies

By booking services, the client agrees to the following terms:

1. Completion of Services & No Refund Policy

Once services have been fully rendered—including travel, session time, editing, and delivery of images—all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after work and labor have been completed.

2. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to review the photographer’s portfolio, style, and previous work prior to booking.

Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after delivery does not qualify for refunds or additional edits beyond what is included in the original agreement.

3. Copyright & Image Usage

All images remain the sole property and copyrighted work of the photographer. Clients are granted limited personal-use rights only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Images may not be resold, altered, edited, or redistributed for profit
• Images may not be given to third parties for editing or commercial use
• Removal or alteration of watermarks is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is a violation of copyright law

Copyright Release Option:

Clients who wish to obtain full usage rights, including permission to remove watermarks, edit, distribute, or use images for commercial purposes, may purchase a Copyright Release License for a fee of $350.

This license must be agreed upon and paid in full in writing before such use is permitted.

4. Editing Policy

All editing is completed in the photographer’s artistic style.

Additional edits or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees and are not guaranteed.

5. Cancellations & Rebooking Fees

Cancellations or rescheduling that affect previously reserved dates are subject to:

• $100 30 - Min Late Fee
• $125 Cancelation Fee
• $65 Rebooking Fee

6. Liability

The photographer is not liable for client dissatisfaction after services have been completed and delivered, provided services were rendered as agreed.

7. Editing Turnaround Time

All photography work requires 7–10 business days for editing and soft retouching after the session date.

8. Payment Policy

All orders must be paid in full by the due date.

If payment is not received by the due date, the order will be automatically canceled.

Orders will not be delivered or shipped unless full payment has been received.

9. Booking Requirements

All bookings require:

• A confirmation consultation
• A deposit paid at least two (2) weeks prior to the session
• The remaining balance paid in full before the session date

Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation.

10. Additional Fees (Last-Minute & Custom Requests)

Last-minute bookings or changes are subject to additional fees.

• Backdrop, specialty strobes, or advanced lighting setups: +$100
• Custom props or AI-generated backdrops/designs: +$135
