About Me
Weiner Crumbly is a creative woman who loves to inspire and empower others through her music, her inspirational writings and genuine conversations through her coaching services. Weiner has been a mentor to many in her field of medical laboratory science and has enjoyed coaching others to success in her leadership roles. Her unique method of relating to and encouraging others has served well to inspire both in and outside of the medical field.
She has encouraged and inspired others with her vocal talent throughout the years. Being inspired to pursue her dream of making gospel music, Weiner became an independent recording artist at the age of 53, in late 2018. Her inaugural single named “Never Be the Same” was nominated in 2019 for The Prayze Factor Awards in two categories - New Artist of the Year and Traditional Artist.
As a singer/ songwriter who embraces her passion for gospel music, Weiner recently released her newest single ‘The Glow’ in early 2021. This encouraging song reminds us of Gods’ unending love for us and no matter the circumstance, He will always show up on our behalf!
As with many women, Weiner is embracing her talents, which include singer/ songwriting, coaching, writing and more recently, speaking. Ultimately, she would incorporate all of these interests into her company called HERS by Weiner, LLC - also doing business as HERS to Inspire Pubishing and HER Success Coaching. H.E.R.S. is an acronym for ‘Having Every Reason to Succeed'. It serves as a reminder that we have the power within us to live a successful, joyful and healthy life once we tap into our God given power and begin to live our lives courageously on purpose! Weiner has also designed a series of empowered journals for children, that encourages positive, self affirming statements.
HER Success Coaching, is designed to empower and encourage women to ditch limiting beliefs and pursue find purpose through authorship. Women are inspired to dream bigger and reignite and monetize their passions while exploring and building other streams of income. To further encourage women, Weiner developed a podcast called HERS For Real Talk, where women shared real life experiences in their day to day lives and engaged in open discussion. She later moved to radio as the host of her own weekly show called Step Out The Box where she highlights men and women who have stepped out and followed their dreams in business and their career.
Weiner is a co author of the international bestseller ‘Unbreakable’ and the visionary behind her collaboration called ‘Overcomer’ - where several ladies share stories of faith, hope, courage and resilience under HERS to inspire. In 2022, Weiner released her newest anthology called 'Seasons' which shares stories about the phases of womanhood and the unique journeys of several authors. Both collaborations reached Best Seller status.
It is her desire that God will move through her to encourage and inspire others to see their power within, while bringing their own dreams and goals into reality!
