Hey, I'm Portia

Mama of two, women's health and fitness coach, and a firm believer that women are capable of a hell of a lot more than they give themselves credit for.

I'm constantly inspired by strong women. And I'm not just talking about the ones throwing heavy weights around. I'm talking about the women and mamas I see in the gym every day, showing up for themselves when life is already throwing everything else at them. That, to me, is real strength.

I'm not here to sell you a six-week miracle, tell you to eat less or convince you that you need to look a certain way.

But I am here to teach you how to train efficiently, understand your body, fuel it properly and get a little bit addicted to feeling strong.

Whether you're a complete beginner, making a comeback or ready to see what you're really capable of, I'm here for all of it.

Because life can be fast and time is passing anyway, so you might as well get stronger and more confident along the way.
