I’m 25 years old, and for a long time I struggled with both my weight and depression. It wasn’t an easy journey — there were a lot of low points — but through patience, consistency, and self-belief, I was able to lose the weight and take back control of my life.
Now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
My mission is to show people that achieving your fitness goals doesn’t mean eating bland, boring food. Everything in this cookbook comes from my personal journey — these meals helped me drop the weight, build muscle, and feel like me again.
