I’m Nardia Young, a professional hairdresser, salon owner and grey blending specialist with decades of experience in the hair industry.

Over the years, I’ve developed my own approach to grey blending and complex colour correction, specialising in creating beautiful, low-maintenance results while always prioritising the condition and integrity of the hair.

My work has attracted clients and fellow professionals from across the UK and internationally, and I created the Global Grey Blending Academy to share the knowledge, techniques and real-world experience I’ve built behind the chair.

Through my education, mentoring and professional resources, I help hairdressers build confidence in grey blending, formulation, colour correction and the business behind creating a successful specialist service.

My aim is simple: to teach you not just what to do, but how to think your way through every head of hair.
