Most custom products (like coloring mats or name tags) will prompt you to enter your child’s name, age, or details at checkout in the ORDER NOTES box. If you miss it or need to make changes, just reply to your receipt email or message me directly!

📩 When will I receive my custom file?

Your personalized file will be delivered by email within 5-9 business days after purchase. I’ll reach out if I have any questions about your customization!

🖨️ How do I print my file?

You can print at home using standard paper or card stock, or send the file to your favorite copy shop (like Staples, Office Depot, or a local printer). Most files are formatted for 8.5x11" or 11x17"—the size will always be listed in the product description.

📎 What type of file will I get?

ll files may come differently depending on the product, so please read the product description carefully before purchasing. 📝

Some files are delivered individually (like PDFs or PNGs), while others are sent as a ZIP folder to keep everything organized. If your download comes as a ZIP file, you’ll need to unzip it before using — most computers and phones can do this easily!
