Please check your Spam / Promotions folder or search your inbox for “Payhip”, as all downloads are delivered via Payhip.

If it’s still missing, contact my support team at billing@hannahattson.com with your order name or email, and we’ll resend your access link.

Important: If you’re using a work or school email address, some servers may block external emails. If you don’t receive a reply, please check your spam folder or try contacting us from a personal email address.

1️⃣ Check your email

After purchase, your download email is sent automatically by Payhip.

If you don’t see it:

• Check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder
• Search your inbox for “Payhip”

2️⃣ Open the email and click the download buttons

Inside the email you’ll see download buttons for each file (PDF and audio).

👉 Click the buttons to access your files.

3️⃣ What happens next (important!)

• 📄 PDF files open like a document and can be read, saved, or printed.
• 🎧 Audio files may:
• Download directly to your device, or
• Open in your Music / Audio player

This is normal. Audio files don’t always “open” like a page.

4️⃣ Where to find your files if nothing pops up

• 📱 iPhone: Files app → Downloads (or Music app for audio)
• 🤖 Android: My Files → Downloads
• 💻 Computer: Downloads folder

5️⃣ If you’re on social media apps

If the link opens inside TikTok or Instagram, tap the three dots (⋯) and choose “Open in Safari / Chrome” for best results.

Yes 🤍 Your download link allows multiple downloads, so you can access your files on more than one device (for example, phone and computer).
