Hi, I'm Sheri Hart.

For more than 23 years, I've helped people and organizations communicate more clearly, lead more effectively, and create meaningful impact. My career has spanned content strategy, thought leadership, SEO, AI discoverability, compliance, and organizational leadership, with more than 13 years spent leading teams, mentoring professionals, and helping others grow their careers.

One of the things I'm most proud of is developing a coaching framework that helped managers become better coaches for their teams. I originally created the program as a coach-the-coach initiative at one agency, and it has since been adopted and expanded across the larger team at my current organization. That experience reinforced something I've believed throughout my career: great leaders aren't born. They grow through intentional practice, meaningful conversations, and a willingness to invest in others.
