I specialize in happiness, self love , goal setting , and life purpose.I  wear many hats in the mental health and wellness community.  I received my degree in psychology from Middle Georgia State University and I am currently working towards my master's degree in mental health counseling and public relations. I have a passion for helping people wether it’s to help them find the light within themselves or being a positive cheerleader in someone’s life.
