By purchasing any product from Progesterone Problems, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed.

Our Products

We sell digital educational products, including downloadable PDF guides, micro-guides, courses, and related written resources. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Health and Medical Disclaimer

The content created and sold by Progesterone Problems is produced by a health educator and educational coach. It does not constitute medical or clinical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or prescription of any kind.

Nothing in our products is a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional. We strongly encourage you to discuss any health decisions with your own doctor, specialist, or healthcare provider before making changes.

We make no representations or warranties that the information in our products is complete, accurate, or suitable for your individual circumstances. Your use of our educational content is at your own risk.

Purchase and Payment

All prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are in GBP. Payment is processed securely via Payhip. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

Digital Downloads, Courses, and Your Right to Cancel

Our products may include both immediate digital downloads and digital services delivered over time (such as courses or review-based content).

Where a product is delivered immediately as a digital download, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download or streaming has begun.

Where a product involves delivery over time or includes a review or personalised element, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. However, if you request that we begin providing the service within this period, you acknowledge that you may be required to pay for any work completed up to the point of cancellation. If you request that we begin providing the service within the 14-day cancellation period, you expressly consent to this.

Refund Policy

Because our downloadable products are digital content delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds once a download has been accessed, except where required by law or where a product is materially defective.

For services delivered over time, refunds will be assessed in line with applicable consumer law, including whether the service has been provided with reasonable care and skill.

If you believe there is a material error in something you have purchased, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at ProgesteroneProblems@gmail.com and we will review your concern.

Intellectual Property

All content within our products, including text, structure, frameworks, and design, is the intellectual property of Progesterone Problems and its owner. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share our products or any part of them without our express written permission. Purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to use the content for your own educational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Progesterone Problems and its owner shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, our products. This includes any decisions you make about your health or medical care based on information contained in our products.

Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Privacy

We collect personal data, including your name and email address, when you make a purchase. This data is used to process your order and, where you have opted in, to send you information about our products. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Our Privacy Policy is available on our Payhip store and can be accessed before purchase.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
