Kelly is an interfaith minister, intuitive energy healer and spiritual guide, and former hospice chaplain who weaves lived experience with sacred insight. With additional backgrounds in social work and communications, and decades of supporting others through death, grief, and trauma, she now brings her heart-centered wisdom to her creative writing and online presence.

After experiencing her own journey through loss, abuse, and disconnection, and the mental health challenges that followed, she became devoted to the path of self-love and healing. Her work honors both the shadow and the light—encouraging others to reclaim their worth, their voice, and the deep knowing within.

She believes that even in the darkest moments, we can return to the light within—and she’s here to walk that journey with you.
