Generally, please do not copy, replicate, or "take inspo" from my OC. I own the rights to my own character design.

Upon breaking any of these, I will message with a warning and give opportunity to correct--depending on the case.

If no compliance/are just flat out disrespectful, a ban will be placed and action will be taken against your account.

Avatars

☆ you must upload private

☆ you may not file share

☆ you may not take contents from within the package, must obtain from the credited creator

☆ you may not remove my name from the file in any way

☆ you may not claim as your own work

☆ you may edit/add minimal clothing but total alteration to the point it is unrecognizable as the original is prohibited (this excludes FREE models, the only editing you may do on FREE models is body texture and colors, alteration of items that are already on the model is okay)

☆ if you did not purchase/download the product from this site, you do not have the right to use this product

☆ you may not re-use any of my body or head sculpt edits for personal or commercial use

Assets

☆ any form of redistribution or selling on its own is prohibited

☆ you may not claim as your own

☆ may only be used on models that is equal to or above the price of the asset

╰ for example, if an asset on my shop is free, you may only use it on finished free, paid, public, and nitro models

╰ if an asset is paid/priced, you may only use it on finished paid and public models

☆ you must credit my shop and/or Weeeby#0001

☆ if you did not download/buy the product from this site, you do not have the right to use this product

☆ when using on a for sale avatar, you must inform buyers to obtain assets from the original creators and by not ripping from your model

breaking any of these terms of use may result in legal action
