Heba Mohtady Ali has been a professor at Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University in Egypt since 2010. She was the Head of Medical Education Department in Fakeeh College for Medical Sciences in Jeddah (2016-2019). In addition, she served as the Director of Medical Education Development Center, Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University(2010-2016). She is a trainer and an HRD consultant who founded and chaired the arabic association for medical education & training( 2013-2018). Prof Mohtady Ali has many research publications exploring mentoring, coaching, staff development and leadership.
