With a degree in Exercise Science & Community Health from Western Michigan University and over a decade of experience in wellness, education, and coaching, I help people reconnect with their bodies, purpose, and power — one breath, one plan, and one breakthrough at a time.

I'm a certified Holistic Health & Life Coach, 200hr Kundalini Yoga Instructor, and Guided 3rd Eye Activation Coach, combining movement, mindfulness, and spiritual wellness to help clients heal, grow, and thrive. I teach yoga, lead wellness workshops, coach sports, and infuse every practice with rhythm, ritual, and restoration.

As a proud mama and wellness warrior, I specialize in helping women — especially mothers — reclaim their confidence, peace, and power. My signature approach is rooted in balance, embodiment, and aligned action.

But healing doesn’t stop at the mat — I also work with couples and parents, offering powerful tools to strengthen relationships, deepen intimacy, and build resilient, joy-filled families. Outside of business, I’m a joyful wife, mother of two radiant daughters, dog mama, sister-friend, and proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. You might catch me dancing on roller skates, leading a kickball team, or curled up journaling by moonlight with my crystals and tea.
