Hello, I'm Kimberley...

A Doula, Hypnobirthing teacher and someone who has spent many years supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth and those early days beyond.

At the heart of everything I do is one simple belief:

You don't need me to come in and fix you.

My role has always been to create the space for you to feel heard, supported and safe enough to recognise everything that already exists within you.

Your voice.

Your instincts.

Your strength.

Your ability to make the choices that feel right for you.

And that's exactly where Held. came from.

I wanted to create something that could offer a little piece of the support I give to the families I work with - something you could return to in your own time, in your own space, whenever you need it, wherever you are.

There is no expectation here of a particular kind of pregnancy or a particular kind of birth.

I won't tell you what your birth should look like.

I'll simply keep reminding you that your voice belongs at the centre of it.

So wherever you are in your journey, I'm really glad you've found your way here.

You don't have to hold it all.

For a little while, let yourself be Held.
