I’m Natalie, the heart behind Helen’s Healing.

I started this journey to focus on my own healing and in honor of my grandmother—a woman of grace, strength, and deep self-love. After she passed in 2022, I knew I wanted to create something that would carry her legacy forward. Helen’s Healing is my love letter to Black and brown women like her—like us—who deserve softness, rest, and joy. 🖤

Through handmade ceramics and soul-centered care, I hope to offer more than products...I'd love to offer the reminder that you’re worthy of tending to yourself.

My mission is to empower and uplift Black and brown women by creating self-care products and experiences that support their physical and mental well-being.

Inspired by my grandmother’s grace and resilience, we’re here to help you carve out those moments of rest, rejuvenation, and joy—no matter what life throws your way. As a Black-owned business, we know the weight of the challenges we face every day, and we believe that self-care is more than just pampering—it’s a way to honor ourselves and keep our spirits strong.
