I support people who feel mentally overwhelmed, constantly “on,” and disconnected from themselves in their day-to-day experience.
My work is centred around guided tapping-based experiences that help people slow down internally in a gentle, experiential way. It is not about fixing or forcing change. Instead, it creates space to notice what is already happening with less pressure.
This is for people who have tried to think their way into feeling better and have found that it has not worked, and who are now looking for a different way to relate to their thoughts, emotions, and body.
