DIGITAL PRODUCTS POLICY

Digital Products Policy

All digital products offered by HeriZone Strategies & Consulting — including digital: templates, guides, workbooks, and strategic toolkits — are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because these items are accessible immediately and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final and non‑refundable.

We encourage clients to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure the product aligns with their needs. If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us directly via our "GET IN TOUCH" page, click the "Menu Bar" and select the page. We will ensure prompt support, so you receive your materials without interruption. Please provide:

1. the title of the product,
2. the day and date of your purchase and
3. the type of device it was downloaded on, i.e. a mobile, computer, smartphone, or laptop.

BOOKING, CANCELLATION, and RESCHEDULING POLICIES

Consultation Booking Policy

To provide every client with a high‑quality, focused experience, all consultations must be booked at least 48 hours in advance (“pre‑booking”). Clients are welcome — and encouraged — to schedule sessions weeks ahead to secure available preferred date and time.

Once your booking is submitted, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your appointment details, and/or a meeting link detail(s), and preparation notes if need for session or service selected.

Please add the scheduled session or service to your calendar to ensure a smooth and timely experience.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

At HeriZione Strategies & Consulting, we understand that schedules can shift. To maintain fairness and protect reserved time, rescheduling or canceling an appointment requires at least 48 hours’ notice:

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee will apply.
• No‑show appointments: The full session fee (100%) will be charged.
• Rescheduling: A one‑time courtesy reschedule for first‑time clients.

This policy ensures availability for other clients and honors the time and preparation dedicated to each of you for your session.

Appointment Confirmation and Reminders

To create a seamless and trustworthy client experience, HeriZone Strategies & Consulting confirms all appointments through:

• Immediate automated confirmation email
• 48‑hour reminder email and
• 1 – 2 hour reminder text prior scheduled session (if a phone number is provided)
