Hi, I’m Charlotte Foulkes! I’m 21 years old, and I’ve been obsessed with history since I was a little girl. Born in Manchester on April 15th, 2004, I’ve spent most of my life digging into the past to find the stories that stay hidden. I’m a proud cat mum of two and a creator who uses my ADHD, Autism, and Anxiety as research superpowers—they help me hyper-focus so I can create loads of detail-oriented history pages. My absolute favourite eras are the Tudors, Ancient Egyptians, and the French Revolution because I love the high drama of people changing the world. You won’t see me researching the Celtics, Georgians, Middle Ages, or Dinosaurs, because I prefer to spend my time on the specific details I’m passionate about. I take a lot of pride in making my Fact Files easy to read with simple words and big fonts, so you can enjoy all the deep research I’ve been doing since I was a child!
