About Me

I'm Nick. For years I was my own worst enemy — I'd set a limit, then cross it, with a good excuse ready every time. Drinking, my health, my focus, the promises I kept breaking to myself: same move, different day. What finally fixed it wasn't willpower — it was building discipline into a system: decide in advance, kill the cue, hold the line. That system is what helped me quit drinking, get back in shape at 41, become a more present father — and, yeah, stay consistent in the markets too. It was never five separate problems. It was one skill. Hold the Stop is that skill, packaged, for whatever line you keep crossing. Set the line. Hold the line.
