14-day refunds. If the kit isn't right for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

How to request one. Email mainstreettoolkits@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout (or include it), with your order date. You don't have to give a reason, but feedback helps us improve the kit.

What you get back. We'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method through our payment provider. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

After 14 days. We don't offer refunds after 14 days, except where applicable law requires it.

Duplicate or accidental purchases, or download problems. Contact us at the same address. We'll fix download problems (for example by resending your download link) or refund a duplicate purchase.

Please contact us first. If something is wrong with your order, email us before you open a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We'll do our best to sort it out quickly.

Your rights. This policy is subject to applicable consumer rights. Nothing in it limits any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to your purchase.
