Hi there! I'm Po'ai - the baker, mom, and creative heart behind Honey & Me Baking.

Funny enough, this business started completely by accident. I was just trying to make a little extra money - around $200 a week - back in 2020. We had just bought our first home, and I had a goal to pay it off within a few years (crazy, right?). So I started selling my cookies at work.

Then covid hit, everything shut down, and I was out of work - but my goal never changed. I began creating edible cookie doughs, and it took off faster than I could keep up!

Over the past five years, I've poured my heart into creating baked goods that had people lining up down the road - and selling out most of the time. I've built a solid menu filled with favorites that I'm now ready to share with all of you.

Honey & Me Baking is my way of sharing love, culture, and comfort from my family to yours. Everything I make is done with intention, care, and tons of love.
