About Me

THIS IS ME. ❤️

Not just the titles. Not just the roles. But the woman, the wife, and the mommy behind it all.

Hi, I'm Mommy Dee. 🥰

A mom of five, a wife to my Donskie, a career woman, a business owner, and a special needs mom who is still learning, growing, and figuring things out every single day.

Some people know me as an Executive VP and Chief of Staff. Others know me as someone who has spent more than a decade working behind the scenes, helping business owners build their companies, manage people, and turn ideas into something real.

But at home?

I'm just Mommy.

The mommy who worries when her children are sick. The mommy who celebrates the smallest achievements. The mommy who sometimes feels guilty for working too much, yet continues working hard because she wants to give her children a better future.

The mommy who has a hundred things running through her mind, but still tries to be present for bedtime stories, little conversations, hugs, and those ordinary moments that I know won't last forever.

And then there's another part of my story.

I'm an autism mom. 💙

When Keane became part of our journey of understanding autism, motherhood taught me lessons I never expected to learn.

I learned that progress doesn't always look the way we imagined.

Sometimes, progress is a single word.

Sometimes, it's eye contact, a little gesture, a response to his name, or a moment of connection that other people might not even notice.

But to us? Those moments mean everything.

I've cried. I've worried about his future. I've questioned whether I'm doing enough. And I've spent countless hours reading, studying, learning, and finding ways to understand his world better.

Not because I want to change who he is.

But because I want to understand him well enough to help him navigate a world that doesn't always understand him.

That journey also led me to study ABA Early Intervention and SPED-ECEC, building on my background in Psychology.

And somewhere along the way, something beautiful happened.

What started as a mother's desire to help her own child slowly became a desire to help other families, too.

That's how Hopeful Hearts Collection™ began.

Not because I have everything figured out.

Not because I'm a perfect mother.

But because I know what it feels like to search for answers, to feel overwhelmed, and to wish someone could simply say, "Mommy, I understand. I've been there, too."

I want to create things that make motherhood a little lighter. Planners, learning resources, developmental tools, and simple reminders that help us navigate our responsibilities without forgetting ourselves.

And here's something else about me...

I'm actually an introvert.

I'm more comfortable working quietly behind the scenes than putting myself out there.

So sharing my life, my thoughts, and even this photo doesn't always come naturally to me.

But I've realized that maybe someone out there needs to hear the stories I've been keeping to myself.

Maybe another working mom is struggling to balance her career and family.

Maybe another autism mom is silently celebrating a milestone that nobody else understands.

Maybe another woman is trying to build something of her own while wondering if she still has anything left to give.

And maybe, just maybe, sharing my journey will remind her that she's not alone.

At 42, I still have so much to learn.

I have dreams I'm still working toward. Things I want to accomplish. Mistakes I've made. Decisions I wish I'd handled differently. Days when I'm productive and days when I'm simply exhausted.

I can be strong and still get tired. I can love my family deeply and still need time for myself. I can be successful in my career and still feel like I'm learning how to be a better mom.

I'm not here to show you a perfect life.

Because mine isn't.

I'm here to share a real one.

The beautiful moments, the messy ones, the little victories, the difficult seasons, and everything in between.

And through all the different roles I carry, there's one thing I never want to lose.

The heart of the woman I was before I became everything everyone else needed me to be.

So, if you're new here, welcome to my little corner of the world. ❤️

This is Hopeful Heart of Mommy Dee -The Diary of a Mom Finding Hope Every Day.

A space for motherhood, family, autism awareness, personal growth, working moms, and the everyday journey of finding hope even when life gets overwhelming.

I'm not here as an expert who has all the answers.

I'm here as a fellow mom who's learning alongside you.

And if there's one thing I hope you remember whenever you visit this page, it's this:

You don't have to have everything figured out to make a beautiful difference in your family's life. Sometimes, showing up with love, patience, and hope is already something worth celebrating.

This is me.

Mommy Dee. A work in progress. A mother of five. A woman with many roles, big dreams, and a heart that keeps choosing hope. ❤️

Thank you for being here and becoming part of our story.

Love,

Mommy Dee 🌷
