When I first started I paid off my debt and now using my profits for investments. I love wholesaling because you can start and stop when you want and do it remotely anywhere! You can also control how much you spend to get leads monthly. It can be $50 or $200 whatever works for you and you will still get leads! I am full time in real estate but I will always wholesale for quick $3k, $5k, and $10k checks.

Wholesaling is the easiest and quickest way to get capital to start your real estate journey whether its flipping, being a landlord, a money lender, or to just buy your own house with better terms etc!
